Where can I find VIP?
You can purchase a subscription in the in-game store.
Go to “Events” → “Exclusive” and find the VIP subscription cards:
VIP and Elite VIP
Choose the subscription that suits you:
💜 VIP — a basic set of privileges.
💛 Elite VIP — an upgraded subscription. It includes all the benefits of regular VIP, as well as additional exclusive bonuses.
In the subscription window, you can see what each option includes and choose the one that suits you best:
How do I purchase a subscription?
It’s simple:
Open the VIP subscription window.
Choose VIP or Elite VIP.
Tap “Subscribe.”
Confirm your purchase.
Choose a payment method and complete the payment.
After a successful payment, VIP will be activated, and the subscription expiration date will be displayed in the window.
How does the subscription work?
VIP is valid for 30 days and then renews automatically.
Before the renewal, you will receive an in-game notification about the upcoming charge.
If you no longer want automatic renewal, you can disable it.
Managing your VIP subscription
You can view your subscription information directly in the VIP window.
The following information is displayed:
current subscription status;
next renewal date;
next charge amount;
subscription cancellation button.
If you already have an active VIP subscription, you can also purchase Elite VIP at special terms.
If Elite VIP is active, you cannot purchase regular VIP at the same time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you no longer want your VIP subscription to renew:
Open the VIP subscription window.
Tap “Cancel Subscription.”
Confirm the cancellation.
After that, automatic renewal will be disabled.
Your already-paid VIP subscription will remain active until the end of its current term.
