Follow the steps below. After each step, check if the problem is fixed. If not — go to the next step.
Option 1 — Basic checks
Make sure the game is updated to the latest version.
Clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → Grand Mobile).
Restart your device.
Check your internet connection — make sure it’s stable.
Option 2 — Verify game files
Open the launcher.
Tap the gear icon → General.
Choose Verify game files.
Wait until the check finishes, then try to start the game.
Option 3 — Reinstall the game
Link your account to a social network inside the Grand Mobile launcher (so you don't lose progress).
Fully uninstall the game from your device.
Download the latest version from grnd.gg.
Install the game again and log in.
