The update won’t install — what should I do?

Fully close the game and the launcher.

Clear the app cache.

Restart your device.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi is recommended).

Try switching your internet source (for example, from mobile data to Wi-Fi or vice versa).

Check that your device has enough free storage — at least +1–3 GB available.

Ensure you have the latest version of the game installed from the app store.
