You can obtain licenses in two ways — through paid services or by using in-game currency. Both methods are explained below.
Buying Licenses with Paid Services
Open: Menu → Store → Services
Select “Buy All Licenses”
Tap “Purchase Service”
After payment, all licenses will be added to your account automatically.
Getting Licenses with In-Game Currency
Driving License
Go to the Driving School:
Menu → Navigator → Important Places → Driving SchoolPass the theory and practice exams to get your driver’s license.
Air and Water Transport Licenses
These are also obtained in the Driving School.
Go to the appropriate desk and choose the license you need.
Weapon License
Go to the Government Building:
Menu → Navigator → Government organizations → GovernmentTalk to the staff member and ask for a weapon license.
You will complete a short RP interview, after which the officer will offer the license for purchase.
