How to Join an Organization

Updated over 2 weeks ago

There are 8 government organizations and 4 organized crime groups (OCGs) operating on our server.

Government Organizations:

  • Government

  • Ministry of Health (locations: South City, Arzamas)

  • Police (locations: Yuzny, Arzamas)

  • Military Unit

  • Federal Security Service (FSB)

  • News Network

Organized Crime Groups (OCGs):

  • Tambov

  • Kurgan

  • Orekhovo

  • Caucasian

Employment in Government Organizations

You can only join government organizations through an official interview. The start of interviews is announced by faction leaders or their deputies through the government wave — messages in the chat highlighted in blue.

The exception is the News Network, which announces interviews through live broadcast (voice) and green-colored messages.

Each announcement contains:

  • The name of the faction recruiting

  • Requirements for candidates

  • The interview location

How to Get to the Organization?

  1. Open the Menu

  2. Go to Navigator

  3. Select Government Organizations

At the interview location:

  • Approach the reception desk and join the queue if there is one

  • Pass the interview, where you will need to roleplay RP scenarios and answer questions in RP or non-RP chat

Employment in Organized Crime Groups (OCGs)

Recruitment into OCGs is less public. Information about interviews is published through the News Network using disguised wording, for example:

“Tambov Restaurant is hiring staff.”

What to do:

  • Track the announcement in the news

  • Arrive at the specified location

  • Approach the interviewer and join the queue (if there is one)

  • Pass the RP interview by answering questions in RP or non-RP chat

Common Mistakes Beginners Make During Interviews

One of the most common mistakes beginners make is giving incorrect answers in the RP chat during interviews.

For example, you are asked in RP chat:

“What are DM, DB, TK?”

As a beginner, you might start answering:

“DM is killing or damaging without a reason.”

⚠️ This is a mistake. These answers refer to OOC (out-of-character) terms and should not be used in RP chat.

During an RP interview, you must stay in character. A suitable response would be a roleplay-style interpretation of the abbreviations, for example:

  • DM — “Dangerous Man”

  • DB — “Dark Brother”

  • TK — “Tough King”

This shows that you understand the difference between RP and OOC.

If the question is asked in non-RP chat (NRP), then you should provide the real definitions, for example:

  • DB (DriveBy) — killing or damaging someone from a vehicle without a reason

  • DM (DeathMatch) — killing or damaging without a reason

  • TK (TeamKill) — killing a member of your own faction

Remember:

  • RP — You are playing your character. Use fictional interpretations.

  • nonRP — You may answer as a player, using real terms and definitions.

This way, you will avoid misunderstandings and demonstrate your competence as a future member of the organization.
