How to Purchase a House in the Game
Through the Auction
To purchase property through the auction, follow these steps:
Open your tablet
Go to the “Auctions” tab
Select the category “Houses”
Auctions take place when property has been repossessed for non-payment — such assets are placed into open sale.
Keep in mind that other players can place higher bids.
Buying From Another Player
You can also buy property directly from another player. To do this:
Find a sale announcement (in chat)
Contact the seller and agree on a price
Complete the transaction at the Notary Agency through the exchange menu
What Types of Houses Exist on the Server?
Houses are divided into the following classes:
Economy
Mid-range
Elite
How to Avoid Repossession by the State
Any property — whether an apartment, house, penthouse, or business — must be paid for on time, otherwise it may be seized by the state.
How to Pay:
Visit any bank branch
Approach the bank worker (NPC)
Select the “Real Estate” tab
Find your property and pay for the required number of days
Without VIP status, you can pay for up to 7 days
With VIP status — from 14 to 31 days, depending on your VIP tier
House Management Menu
If you are the owner of a house, you have access to a full management menu.
The “House Menu” tab includes:
House Information
Door Lock/Unlock
House Upgrades
You can change the interior after previewing it
You can purchase a crafting workbench, which increases your crafting success chance when inside the house
Selling the house to the state
Inviting roommates
The “Family House” Tab
If you are the family leader, you get an additional option — making the house a family house.
After this, the house receives family status, and family members can:
Spawn there when entering the server
Access the family vehicle from the family garage
The “Exit” Tab
The exit button inside the house allows you to go:
Outside
To the garage
To the family garage — if the house is set as a family house
