How to Purchase an Apartment in the Game

Through the Auction

To purchase property through the auction, follow these steps:

  1. Open your tablet

  2. Go to the “Auctions” tab

  3. Select the category “Apartments”

Auctions are held when property has been repossessed for non-payment — such assets are placed into open sale.
Keep in mind that other players may place higher bids.

Buying From Another Player

You can also buy property directly from another player. To do this:

  1. Find a sale announcement (in chat)

  2. Contact the seller and agree on the price

  3. Complete the transaction at the Notary Agency through the exchange menu

What Types of Apartments Exist on the Server?

How to Avoid Repossession by the State

Any property — whether an apartment, house, penthouse, or business — must be paid for on time, otherwise it may be seized by the state.

How to Pay:

  1. Visit any bank branch

  2. Approach the bank worker (NPC)

  3. Select the “Real Estate” tab

  4. Find your property and pay for the required number of days

  • Without VIP status, you can pay for up to 7 days

  • With VIP status — from 14 to 31 days, depending on the VIP tier

Apartment Management Menu

If you own an apartment or premium apartments, you have access to the full management menu.

The apartment / apartment suite management menu includes:

  • Lock / unlock the apartment
    — you can control who can enter.

  • Apartment Information
    — displays details about the property: address, class, payment status, and other parameters.

  • Apartment Upgrades, where you can:

    • Purchase a new interior, with a preview option before buying

    • Install a crafting workbench, which increases your crafting success chance when you are inside the apartment

  • Sell the apartment to the state
    — if you decide to give up the property.
