1.1 When registering with GRAND MOBILE, you automatically agree to the server rules and must fully comply with them. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from responsibility.
1.2 Server rules apply to all players, regardless of role or status.
Exception: media partners (who follow a private regulation, including various sanctions).
1.3 The server is based on the RolePlay (RP) mode. In-game time - UTC+3.
Note: The server administration is not RP characters and cannot participate in RP actions with players.
1.4 The account owner is responsible for the security and safety of the account's contents. The administration does not return lost items if you get scammed.
1.5 Project management and the curator have the right to give punishment based on their judgment, depending on the situation, without following the server rules.
Note: For repeated rule violations, the punishment is decided by the server curator.
1.6 The server rules may be changed or edited by the project management, with notice posted in the relevant Discord section.
1.7 It is forbidden to exploit loopholes in the project rules. | BAN - up to 30 days
Note: A player tries to justify their innocence by claiming that a rule is missing or not fully explained, but the violation is clear.
1.8 Nicknames must be in RolePlay format. (Example: Ivan_Eremin, Samuel_Hooks, Jackson_Matthews, Leo_Haritonov)
Note #1: The nickname cannot imitate or modify existing players' nicknames (including media partners and project administrators). | Warning | BAN - up to 7 days
Note #2: The nickname must not contain offensive or obscene words. | Warning | BAN - up to 31 days
1.9 Deleting a game account is an irreversible process.
If you decide to delete your account, data, characters, and property cannot be restored. The administration does not provide recovery services for deleted accounts, even in cases of error or hacking. Please be careful when making this decision.
