I. GENERAL REGULATIONS OF THE PROJECT:

Updated today

1.1 By creating an account on GRAND MOBILE, you unconditionally accept the server rules and commit to following them at all times. You are also responsible for staying updated on any changes. Claiming ignorance of the rules, misunderstanding the wording, or not receiving a notification is not an excuse. Rules apply equally to everyone regardless of status or rank. Special regulations may apply to media personalities at the administration's discretion.

1.2 Impersonating administrators, developers, or management is strictly prohibited. This includes using fake nicknames, messages, or accounts to claim affiliation with the game staff.

| Violation: Character ban for 3-7 days.

| Severe Violation: Ban from 31 days to permanent.

Note: Deception for personal gain is considered a severe violation.

1.3 Attempting to bypass rules by exploiting "loopholes" or missing specific wording is prohibited. If a player clearly violates the principles of fair play, they will be held accountable.

| Violation: Character ban for 3-31 days.

1.4 Players are personally responsible for the security of their accounts and property. The administration does not restore lost, stolen, or transferred items, even in cases of fraud.

1.5 The game management has the right to assign punishments based on the specific situation, even beyond the standard server rules.

In cases of repeated or mass rule violations, the punishment may be increased up to a permanent ban. The final decision remains with the project curator or higher management.

1.6 Nicknames that mimic existing players, admins, or media partners, as well as names containing insults or profanity, are prohibited.

| Violation: Verbal warning

| Severe Violation: Ban up to a 31-days.

1.7 Deleting a game account is irreversible.

If you decide to delete your account, your data, characters, and property cannot be restored. The administration does not provide recovery for deleted accounts, even in cases of mistakes or hacking. Please be careful when making this decision.

1.8 In case of repeated or intentional violations, as well as aggravating circumstances, the punishment may be increased several times. Aggravating circumstances include, but are not limited to, repeated rule violations, abuse of game mechanics, and ignoring warnings from the administration. The final decision is made by the project curator or higher management.

| Violation: The punishment may be increased several times from the base penalty.
