4.1 Manipulation of in-game currency, fraudulent actions, and scams are prohibited, as well as selling, transferring, or exchanging game accounts. | BAN - from 5 days to permanent ban
Note: Attempted sale or sale of SIM cards or vehicle license plates at a price more than 50% above or below their market value will be considered manipulation.
4.2 Having more than one game account (login) is prohibited. Each account (login) may have a maximum of three characters. | BAN - from 31 days to permanent ban
Note: If more than one account (login) is detected, all accounts and characters will be blocked.
Exception: Inactive game accounts (logins) are those that have not been logged into for more than 60 calendar days from the date of the last login.
4.3 Owning more than one business across all characters is forbidden. | BAN - up to 31 days for all characters
4.3.1 Transferring a business to another account (friend, spouse, etc.) at a price lower than 50% of its purchase value, or maintaining a business using other players, is prohibited. | BAN - up to 31 days for all characters/participants
Note: If the business owner is inactive (not playing for at least 1.5 hours daily and not ordering materials) and maintains the business (paying rent/restocking), the business will be confiscated.
4.4 The sale, purchase, or transfer of game assets/accounts for real money is prohibited. | BAN - from 30 days to permanent
Note #1: The length of the penalty is determined at the discretion of the project management.
Note #2: Any account involved in the sale, purchase, or transfer of in-game currency, assets, or accounts will be reset upon any form of block.
4.5 It is forbidden to transfer property to another player for indefinite safekeeping or rent without a full sale (e.g., when leaving the server). | BAN - up to 31 days for all characters and accounts with property reset
4.6 Gifts or transfers of in-game currency or property exceeding 15,000,000 virtual dollars are forbidden. | BAN - up to 31 days for all participants with the reset of gifted property/currency
Note: Transfers of up to 15,000,000 virtual dollars are allowed once every 24 hours.
4.7 Bypassing the system for selling any in-game property (including system limits) is prohibited. | BAN - from 30 days to permanent ban
Note #1: Transferring money to a bank account or handing it over in cash is forbidden.
Note #2: Exchanging a car/SIM card/license plate for a house/business and vice versa is also prohibited.
4.8 Interacting between your characters for property or currency transfer, or using third parties to bypass this rule, is prohibited. | BAN - up to 31 days for all participants
4.9 Selling, purchasing, or trading assets or other valuables between Grand Mobile servers is forbidden. | BAN - from 30 days to permanent ban for all participants with property/currency reset
4.10 Participating in contests organized by third-party groups (VK/TG)/Discord servers involved in account/currency/software (cheats/bots) sales is forbidden. | BAN - up to 31 days
4.11 Violating server rules with secondary characters is forbidden. | Punishment is applied to the main character, with repeated violations resulting in BAN - up to 31 days
4.12 Selling family ranks for in-game or real currency, or in exchange for assets, is prohibited. | BAN - from 30 days to permanent
Note: It is prohibited to sell family ranks for in-game or real currency, as well as in exchange for assets.
Exception: Donations of up to 1,000,000 virtual dollars to the family treasury for a rank from one participant for the entire time are allowed.
