Property Tax: How Not to Lose Your Real Estate
Every property — an apartment, house, condo, or business — requires regular tax payments.
If the payment is not made on time, the property will be seized by the state.
⚠️ Important:
If less than 1 hour remains before the deadline, you can no longer pay the tax.
After the timer expires:
The property is automatically sold to the state
The player receives 50–75% of the state value
The property is then put up for auction
How to pay the tax:
Visit any bank branch
Approach the NPC employee
Choose the “Real Estate” tab
Find your property and select the payment duration
Payment duration:
Players without VIP — up to 7 days
Players with Silver VIP — up to 14 days
Players with Gold VIP — up to 30 days
