To use the microphone in the game, tap the microphone icon located on the left side of the screen (center area). After that, the system will request permission to use the microphone — please allow it.
If the microphone still does not work after granting permission, follow the steps below.
For Android
Open Settings on your device.
Go to Apps or Apps & Notifications.
Find Grand Mobile in the list and open it.
Open the Permissions section.
Find Microphone and select one of the options:
If “Allow all the time” is available, select it.
If this option is not available, choose “Allow only while using the app” — this is the standard option for most devices.
For iPhone (iOS)
Open Settings.
Scroll down and find Grand Mobile in the list of applications.
Open it and make sure Microphone access is enabled.
Please note: on iOS the “Allow all the time” option is usually not available for the microphone. Access is typically provided only as On / Off.
